Although we are computer dorks(yeah, we can admit it) we are certain that anyone with any level of knowledge about computers will be able to use XoftSpy. It's a program that seems to do the work on it's own without needing any "help" by the person sitting at the keypad.

This is one area where this program shines. Many of the programs we tested offered very little or no followup support. However, XoftSpy seems to be committed to keeping their customers happy. Emails were answered quickly and we were also impressed with their "live chat" feature which offers instant help if you ever need it.
